Gemüse Solawi nahe der Ostsee

Hallo, wir sind Jan und Katrin und erzeugen seit sechs Jahren auf unserem Hof ökologisches Gemüse und vermarkten dieses über unsere Solawi. Mit aus dem Hof leben unsere zwei Kinder (Grundschulalter), außerdem Katrins Eltern. Unterstützt werden wir von zwei Mitarbeitern (Azubi und Geselle), welche in der Nähe wohnen.
Um ein abwechslungsreiches Gemüseangebot für unsere Mitglieder anzubieten bauen wir eine große Vielfalt an Gemüse im Freiland sowie im geschützten Anbau an. Einen kleinen Teil der Jungpflanzen erzeugen wir selbst. Je nach Jahreszeit umfassen die Arbeiten: Aussaat, Auspflanzung, Unkrautregulierung, Pflege, Ernte, Einlagerung und Aufbereitung der Kulturen. Wo möglich setzen wir unseren Trecker und Geräte zur Unterstützung ein, trotzdem bleibt vieles Handarbeit.
Für die Wwoofer haben wir einen schönen Bauwagen auf unserer Fläche stehen, dort gibt es ein großes Bett, einen Holzofen, Strom, einen kleinen Gasherd sowie nebenan ein Plumpsklo. Trinkwasser muss in der Scheune gezapft werden und ein Badezimmer kann bei uns mitgenutzt werden. Das Mittagessen ist bei uns die Hauptmahlzeit und kann gemeinsam eingenommen werden, die restlichen Mahlzeiten sollten mit gestellten Lebensmitteln selbst zubereitet werden.
Wir wohnen auf dem Land, gleich neben einem Wald, hier kann man schön wandern und spazieren. Der Wittensee ist 3km, andere Seen und die Ostsee 7km entfernt.
Hello, we are Jan and Katrin and for six years we have been producing organic vegetables on our farm and distributing them through our CSA. Living on the farm with us are our two children (primary school age), as well as Katrin’s parents. We are supported by two employees (apprentice and skilled worker) who live nearby.In order to offer a diverse selection of vegetables for our members, we cultivate a wide variety of crops both in open fields and in green houses. We produce a small portion of the young plants ourselves. Depending on the season, the tasks include: sowing, planting out, weed control, maintenance, harvesting, storage, and processing of the crops. Where possible, we use our tractor and equipment for support, but much of the work remains manual.
We have a beautiful construction trailer on our property; it has a large bed, a wood stove, electricity, a small gas stove, and next door a pit toilet. Drinking water must be drawn from the barn, and a bathroom can be shared with us. Lunch is our main meal and can be eaten together; the remaining meals should be prepared independently using the provided food.
We live in the countryside, right next to a forest, where you can enjoy hiking and walking. Lake Wittensee is 3 km away, other lakes and the Baltic Sea are 7 km away.
