Small farm producing vegetables, fruits and raising chicken

We are a family with three little children. We live in an old house on a small farm in the middle of germany. We grow vegetables and fruits for the market and raise chicken. Stefan has a martial arts gym in the house. Stefans parents live on the same ground in their own house, his father has a cow-calf herd.
We are not certified but work completely organic and use agroforstsystems and mulch. We believe in small and diverse farms as sustainable for the environment and we love our work around the field with the family. We started 3 years ago so there is still quite a bit of construction work to do.
At the moment we build up a tunnel and a greenhouse for vegetables. Stefan wants to build an oven for wood-fired bread. There is always reparation work on machines and buildings to do. We work 24/7 and the children are most of the time around. We live near to UNESCO Nature Reservat Rhön and have a lovely landscape around.
You would mainly go along with Stefan as a helping hand to whatever project he is on, We don`t need somebody for the daily work on the farm as feeding chicken etc. and also carring for kids and household is not ment to be part of your tasks.
You have an own room with bed. Bathroom etc. is shared with us. We eat breakfast, warm lunch and dinner. We can feed vegetarians.
Stefan has an own gym in the house. You can take a bike or go hiking around. There are also a few swimming pools around for the summer. We live next to a streem and in summer you can cool down there.
