I have just newly started the farm and I live and work alone, but have quite a lot of guests at some times. There are two horses, two ponies, two dogs and two cats living along side me as companions. The landscaping and development of the vegetable gardens is just starting, so please do not expect the perfect place yet at all. It's a good place if you like to experience the development of a new agroecological farm. I am certified as organic farm and part of diverse food souvereignty networks. Professionalised in working with draft horses (altough we all grew a belly now that we are waiting until we start the new fields in this new location) :). If you like riding I'm happy to share that with you too. The plan for the farm development is to create different ranges for permaculture and forest garden systems with small fields that horses and ponies can work. Meadows and trails for the animals, plan and plant hedges for wild life and biodiversity. In the big house of over 600 m² are guest rooms, apartments and also seminar rooms for workshops and retreats. There is still not a strict routine as everything is so new. Obviously there is the care taking of the few animal friends living here. For the season of 2026 it will be fencing, building raised beds, hay beds and such, planting some annuals and mainly perrenials. There will be more intense times building and less intense times taking care of what has been set up and sitting down to plan and develope next steps trying to be careful and caring for the land it is all happening on. I am a trained farmer, but not for permaculture, so also for me there is much new to learn. As I have holiday apartments and guest rooms, they can be available for Wwoofers too. We will have to check in advance so that they are not booked for the time you might want to come. I am happy to share my kitchen and cooking. I am really bad at breakfast because I myself never wake up hungry. Lunch and dinner are my stronger suits :) as the garden is just being built it is not super productive yet. I cook very well and have great food, but it is made of products from shops until the first production comes in from the garden. I am happy to organise cooking and shopping together in a warm west asian/mediterranian way. I myself am not vegan or vegetarian, but obviosly no problem sharing that with you too as long as you are aware that this is a place respecting and permitting many different styles and cultures of eating. I ride horses and am very happy if people who can and want to ride come by. As one of my horse friends is coming of age, it can't be super long furious race runs any more, but good and proper tours to discover the surroung (that is still new and unknown to me too being so new here). I love to sing, there is a thermal bath, nature park reservations with or without guided tours nearby, canu boating and much more. I have connections to agroecological networks in other countries and do political solidarity work with food producers in war and conflict zones. That is essential to me and takes big part of my life and soul.

We were Julia's first wwoofers! The farm is a lovely place with friendly dogs and beautiful equines! And the most special cat! We helped plant potatoes in hay beds, start a stone wall herb planter and help with the first horse ploughing!! We also had beautiful meals and watched a movie together on our last night :) Thank you for having us!
