Moin vom Norden! (ENGLISH BELOW) Ich bin Doma (aus Ungarn), ich arbeite auf dem Gärnerhof Wanderup, auf einem kleinen, Bio, Demeter, Solawi Gemüsehof. Wir bauen 60+ verschiedene Gemüsekulturen für unsere 116 Solawi-Ernteanteile. Hendrik hat den Hof in 2016 nach den Prinzipien: Permaculture, Biologisch-dynamische Landwirtschaft, Regenerative Landwirtschaft, Agroforest, Market Gardening und ähnliches spannende Ideen gegründet. Er führt den Hof mit einer kleinen Team: Lela und (mit mir,) Doma. Ich habe 1 Jahr lang bis Ende Februar auf dem Hof gelebt, aber ab März wohne ich in Flensburg, dadurch haben wir noch mehr Wohnmöglichkeiten für Praktikanten. Lela wohnt in Kiel, also Hendrik wohnt Momentan alleine auf dem Hof, aber ab und zu haben wir Praktikanten und natürlich Rosi (die Tochter von Hendrik, sie ist 5 Jahre alt:) ) ist fast jedes Wochenende auf dem Hof. Tagesablauf: Wir starten den Tag um 8 mit eine Besprechung. Dienstags und donnerstags ernten wir am Vormittag und 1 Person liefert das Gemüse am Nachmittag nach Flensburg. Auf andere Tage machen wir alles, was auf einem Hof notwendig ist, wie Beete vorbereiten, pflanzen, aussäen, jäten, usw. Jeden Tag kocht jemand (wechseln wir uns täglich ab), dann essen wir zusammen gegen 13 Uhr. Nach 1 Stunde quatschen und essen machen wir den Tag weiter bis 17 Uhr. Für alle WWOOFer ist nach dem Mittag Feierabend. Wir sind eine junge, dynamische Team und wir würden uns sehr freuen, wenn wir noch weitere energievolle, dynamische, nette Menschen auf dem Hof hätten und mit Dir, Euch spannende Austausche haben könnten, von einander lernen könnten!:) Wir freuen uns dich kennen zu lernen und auf dem Hof Willkommen heißen! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hey friends, Moin from north Germany! I am Doma (from Hungary). I work on a small organic, Demeter farm in the very north of Germany. We produce our veggies for the 116 members of our community-supported agriculture community. Hendrik started the farm in 2016 with concepts like permaculture, biodynamic farming, regenerative farming, agroforest, market gardening and similar exciting ideas. He runs the farm with a small team: Lela and myself (Doma). I used to live on the farm, but now I moved to Flensburg, so we have more place for volunteers:) Lela lives in Kiel, so Hendrik lives alone on the farm sometimes with volunteers and of course on the weekends with his daughter, Rosi, who is 5. :) We are a young, dynamic team and we would be happy with some more young and dynamic, lovely people, more exchanges and new connections. If you decide to be part of our team for a while, you will experience a appreciated, NOT hierarchic, flexible, friendly environment where you can learn quite some new skills from our diverse farm. We grow 100% of our own plants from seeds, we don't buy any plants! We make our compost, compost-tee, plant-preparations, we have lot of hand-works but also some with machines...and the long term plan is to get 2 horses for the field-work. How our day goes: We start at 8 am with a small meeting, already outside. After that we start the day, tuesday and thursday we harvest in the morning and 1 person delivers our veggies in the afternoon for our members. the others (and also on other days everyone) keep doing all the work what is required on a farm: weeding, planting, prepare seeding beds, seeding etc. Each day 1 person cooks (1 person 1x in a week) for everyone for about an hour so we can eat at 1 pm. After an hour lunch break we go out recharged to work till 5 pm. For the WWOOFers, the day ends after lunch, and then they can enjoy some free time. We are an idealist team, we try to do as much as possible for biodiversity and soil building, for the health of the plants etc. Often we compromise a bit but our main goal is to do our best to have a positive impact on our surrounding... We have Cabin with an oven, a tiny house, that's smaller, but enough space to stay for a few months, there is also a big bed, an electric heater. There is a 3rd smaller Cabin, where the oven is out of order but there is an electric heater too. All 3 sleeping possibilities have big beds (in case of couples). The kitchen, dining room and bathroom (with a bathtub, washing-machine and dryer) are shared in the main house. For the summer if you like to swim, discover the surrounding, there is a lake, takes you about 8 min by bike, or 1 hour by bike is Flensburg (18min by bus), which is a beautiful town by the East-See. There are also diverse possibilities, like boat tours, sauna, bars etc. Hendrik has many interesting books and you get also WiFi access :)

La migliore esperienza dell'estate, un team giovane e dinamico, le attività sono continue e differenti ogni giorno. L'alloggio nel camper era perfetto e la casa con la cucina ed il bagno sempre a disposizione. Frutta e verdura sono buonissimi, a poca distanza c'è un lago per nuotare e la città di Flensburg, molto carina, è a soli 10 km. Tutto ha funzionato ma l'elemento migliore sono le persone. Saluto tutti calorosamente tutto lo staff, Hendrik e tutte e tutti tutti, soprattutto il mitico Giardiniere con i capelli bianchi del quale ho dimenticato il nome ;)

Ich war nur drei Tage auf dem Hof, konnte aber schon einen kleinen Einblick in den Hofbetrieb bekommen. Die Zeiten waren klar eingeteilt: von 8 Uhr bis zum Mittagessen um ca 1 Uhr war die vormittägliche Arbeit am Feld oder in den Gewächshäusern. Es wurde super und natürlich sehr gesund gekocht mit viel Gemüse vom Hof. Danach stand es den Wwoofern frei, ob weitergeholfen wird – dann meist bis ungefähr 17 Uhr. Da ich in der Herbstzeit da war, gab es Radieschen, Porree und reichlich Zuckerhut zu ernten, der gut geputzt werden musste. Ich habe mich mit Hendrik und den Helfern auf dem Hof wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Es war toll, dass ich nur für so eine kurze Zeit reinschnuppern konnte, um ein Gefühl zu erhalten, wieviel Arbeit hinter meinem Solawi-Gemüse steckt. Ich komme gerne wieder!
