Von März bis Oktober melke ich mit einem Angestellten ca50 von meinen 150 Schafen und mache Käse hier auf dem Hof. Wir wirtschaften ökologisch und beschäftigen uns hauptsächlich mit Grünland, machen Heu, pressen Stroh und ein bisschen Hafer bauen wir auch an. An der Herde arbeite ich mit zwei altdeutschen Hütehunden, die sehr temperamentvoll sind, zusätzlich habe ich sechzehn Herdenschutzhunde wegen der Wolfsproblematik.
Hello. I have about one hundred and fifty sheep on my Farm and from their milk I'm producing cheese. I work with two Cattle Dogs and I also have about ten huge dogs to protect the sheep from the wolf. I make my own hay and straw and a bit of oats.
