______________________________________ ENGLISH: LOCATION: The farm is located in the river valley of the Bobritzsch in a long-drawn forest. Niederbobritzsch is located between Freiberg and Freital near Dresden. Directly bordering the farm are the the village road as well as the garden, meadows and fruit wooded areas. DESCRIPTION: The farm was one of the mediaeval huts, that meant to be a hostel on a commercial street with the possibility of horse riding. The old main building, which has been restored as a listed building, today houses a seminar center for food and housekeeping and is a residential building. The spacious teaching room and the rustic halls are often booked for cooking classes and celebrations. In addition, a biocertified farm with a permaculture orientation is developing. The focus is on herbal and fruit specialties. For this purpose, the house garden is rebuilt according to historical examples and the old orchard cultivated and developed. The foodstuffs are either produced by ourselves or purchased from other organic farms. The two horses of the farm deserve their hay during the work of the association (vaulting) and during therapeutic riding with handicapped or traumatized children. They are kept robust, that means that they can at any time visit their disused open space and have a lot of movement on paddock. We (Feli and Micha) live and work together with people who are looking for life alternatives. Also, and because we are involved in our jobs with which we can finance the farm, and can not yet live as alternative and self-sufficient as we would like. But everything is evolving - step by step. Certifications: ABCert / Bioland-Betrieb Type of work: Unterstützung bei der Biotop-Pflege, in der Landwirtschaft (Heuernte, Obsternte) und in der Huaswirtschaft (Brotbacken, Marmeladen kochen u.v.m.). Einzelprojekte (Pflege- oder Baumaßnahmen) werden ausgeschrieben. Support in the biotope care, in the agriculture (haying, obsessive) and in the house keeping (bread baking, jam cooking etc.). Individual projects (nursing or construction measures) are published.

The farm is easy to reach

Feli and Micha are rare people who truly make a difference in the world and can touch people's lives. Whether it is about sharing useful knowledge, teaching emotional regulation with bow shooting and horse riding or creating authentic connections around a delicious meal, their approach will undeniably leave a mark on you. I spent a few days in the winter time. Activities were plenty, although different from the summer, yet just as interesting and enriching. I left inspired, grounded and grateful for the experience. I will gladly go again!

Visiting this farm was the best decision. Feli and Micha are really good people with a good heart. They welcomed us to their family and farm. We learned so much there. They grew close to our hearts in such a short time. We can only recommend this farm to you.

We were so fortunate to spend time on this small farm. We were collected from Dresden and thought we would go straight to work but was treated to some sightseeing in The area. The first thing I noticed was what kind, gentle and relaxed people they were. On arriving at the farm we were pleasantly surprised how clean organised and hospitable to home was and how well appointed the guest room was. The farm is small and the work we were involved in was mainly with the horses and help out and learn skills in the kitchen: As it was the Christmas season it was quiet. We were fed and watered very well. We also learnt a lot about farming and horses.Felicita and Micha are great hosts and allowed us time to ourselves whilst including us in activities including , sightseeing and dinners. We were so fortunate to meet these Woofers. I know other woofers personally and they are less organised and also have different life styles. I have sung the praises of my experience far and wide and would encourage you to reach out and try.
