Hofgut Ausbach liegt auf 340m ü.nn in einem seitental des odenbaches zwischen kaiserslautern, 30km und bad kreuznach 40 km.
Der mehrere hundert Jahre alte vierseitenhof wird seit 1994 biologisch bewirtschaftet. (demeter) neben mutterkuhhaltung, getreidebau (dinkel, roggen, weizen, linsen, hafer, saatgut vermehrung: wicken, luzerne) und etwas kartoffelbau, verfügt der betrieb über eine bäckerei, ferienwohnungen und einen naturkostladen (demnächst auch mit cafe), zum hof gehört ein großer garten mit kräuterspirale. weitere info : siehe webseite.

the several hundreds of years old farmbuiling (a for-sided farmyard) is being ecological farmed (demeter) for 20 years. besides mother cow keeping, cultivation of grain (spelt, rye, wheat, lentil, oat, seeds production: vetches and alfalfa) and some potato cultivation, the farm owns a backery, holiday houses and an ecological shop (soon with cafe), to the farm belongs a big garden with herbs spiral. further information: see website.
