Meldet euch gerne spontan und wir sehen ob es gerade passt Menschen bei uns zu haben :) Hier zwei Fernsehbeiträge über uns und unseren Garten:  https://www.augsburg.tv/mediathek/video/gartentraeume-kinderparadies-der-familie-kaindl/ https://www.br.de/mediathek/video/stefan-kaindl-mit-herz-und-verstand-av:5f4966ab390be300148cdc2c Stefans Insta-Link mit aktuellen Projekten https://instagram.com/baum_und_raum_mit_traum?igshid=OGQ5ZDc2ODk2ZA== ______________________________________ ENGLISH: LOCATION: Next to Augsburg in Bavaria - Outskirts situation between the river Lech , the olympic wildwater areal and Friedbergs lakes DESCRIPTION: We aren't a farm in the traditional sense, but rather a family (Linda, Stefan with Maja (12) and Fidelia (10)) who strive to live in harmony with nature within an urban environment. We provide for ourselves as much as possible through our large fruit and vegetable garden, neighboring agricultural projects, and our community-supported agriculture (CSA) program. We bake our own sourdough bread and enjoy cooking fresh meals with whatever ingredients we have on hand. We are both self-employed, so someone always has time for the children and the work around the house. Stefan is always busy with his many different jobs. As a treehouse and playground builder, flute maker, wilderness educator, cuddle therapist, and university lecturer, his mission is to reconnect people with themselves, with others, and with nature. Linda works in environmental education (she holds a diploma in education), at the Lechhausen Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) farm, and at the nursery. She is currently training to be a relationship therapist. In the sawmill, carpentry shop, woodturning workshop, and electrical workshop, a lot is made, renovated, and repaired by hand—for example, furniture, toys, a three-story treehouse, a zip line, a robinia pavilion, a tiny house, and cargo bikes. Linda leads women's circles, and Stefan hosts a men's circle, "roughhousing and cuddling" workshops, contact improvisation jams, and whatever else comes to mind spontaneously… A lot is changing for us right now, which is why long-term planning is difficult! Feel free to get in touch spontaneously and we'll see if we have anyone available :) Here are two little documentaries about us and our garden (in German) https://www.br.de/mediathek/video/stefan-kaindl-mit-herz-und-verstand-av:5f4966ab390be300148cdc2c https://www.augsburg.tv/mediathek/video/gartentraeume-kinderparadies-der-familie-kaindl/ Stefans Insta-link with actual projects https://instagram.com/baum_und_raum_mit_traum?igshid=OGQ5ZDc2ODk2ZA== Organic methods: Its all about handwork, patience, a long leraning curve and no chemicals or stuff like that :) Certifications: No business- just self sufficiency Type of work: Hilfe im Garten wie z.B.

We had a wonderful stay at Linda and Stefan’s, full of inspiring conversations, fun activities, and interesting work. The family always seemed happy to have us around, not just as workers but as friends. Stefan was always excited to share his woodworking experience with us, and Linda happily brought us along to help out with vegetable farming. Their two little girls were funny and friendly, a delight to be around. We enjoyed our stay very much and are already thinking of visiting again one day.

I was for 3 weeks at Linda's and Stefan's home and it was great. With Stefan, we build a tree house for some friends and it was really interesting to learn how to work with wood. Stefan is very patient and ready to teach everything he knows. I got to try a lot of different tools and see all the process of building a tree house. With Linda we worked in the garden, she knows a lot of things about plants and sustainability it was great to learn and discover so much with her during my stay ! We also had amazing conversations while working. They have two amazing daughters Maja and Lia, that are so nice and always ready to plays games ! They invited me to all the activities they had, I felt really welcomed and I tried so much new things. On the weekends and afternoons i got to visit the region by bike ! I will always remember my stay here. Thank you for all your kindness and knowledge!

It’s such a lovely family! I’m so happy that I had a chance to stay with them for a few days. Linda and Stefan were very helpful to me, that they offered everything that I’d need for my stay. I mostly helped with some carpenter work that was within my capability and learned something about the wood and work process. I think it’s interesting to live, work and eat (I cooked some Spanish and Chinese food too!) with local people, there is no better way than wwoofing. Since I was learning German for a couple of years, I’m interested in learning more about the country and people too. The two children of the family had a little interaction with me too, showing me what they played and stuff. We are people from different cultural backgrounds but united by acceptance, understanding, love and care via wwoof. Isn’t it amazing?

We stayed with Stefan and Linda and their two cute daughters for one week, too short a time! Although their house is officially in a town, it feels like in quiet nature. They have a large garden full of tree houses (a bath in the top of a tree!) and play equipment, wonderful for our kids. I worked in the small vegetable garden with Linda, which was a pleasure, and my husband helped out Stefan with tiling a garden path and building a large wooden bench for their garden kitchen. Both Linda and Stefan are very friendly and welcoming. The two girls are a delight. I got to schmink them as pizzas :-). Hope to see the family again, maybe in Amsterdam??
